We want you and your pup to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use cannot be returned.
Free Returns

Returns are free of charge for all regular-priced items.

We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
Sale Items

Items purchased from sale or discounted collections are not eligible for free returns.

Return shipping costs for sale items are the responsibility of the customer.

Some sale items may be final sale and not eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
