Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pup to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use cannot be returned.

Free Returns

  • Returns are free of charge for all regular-priced items.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.

Sale Items

  • Items purchased from sale or discounted collections are not eligible for free returns.

  • Return shipping costs for sale items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Some sale items may be final sale and not eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
